We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or replacements.

We refund if items are broken (ONLY DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES).

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof for replacement. No exceptions.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:
Candles that are burned
Any order that was received past 5 days
